    The covered hopper freight car for plastic pellets, flakes and Powders complies with the Convention on joint use of freight cars international traffic (RIV) and International Railway Union (UIC) regulations.

    We can put at your disposal the entire specification that describes the 90te, 140 m³ all welded covered hopper wagon with quadruple hopper construction. Each hopper is equipped with pneumatic discharge outlets designed for efficient unloading and hatches. The car design and construction conforms to current UIC specifications. The wagon is suitable for operation speed of 100km/h at an axle load 22,5te and 120 km/h at empty conditions.

    This car is designed especially for carriage of dry bulk loading in particular, plastic pellets, flakes and powders. The wagon is able to transport materials with a density of 0,37-0,76 t/m³ and with repose angle of approximately 30°. The car is loaded approximately at same level in all compartments during the transport.

    33 Sgnss 60ft container wagons for sale. The wagons were designed in accordance to the requirements of UIC 571-4 and were manufactured in 2007. The wagons have been in operation for approximately 9 months and have traveled a distance of between 50,000 and 70,000km. The wagons were designed for the transport of containers which are defined in UIC 592-2 and swap bodies UIC 592-4 both in symmetrical and asymmetrical load configurations. The estimated tare weight of a wagon is 19.8t, with a maximum payload of 70.2t. The wagons are equipped with a Knorr airbrake system along with a 1000kN draw gear and draw hook and Category A buffers. The running gear consists of 2 axle Y25Ls(s)d1 bogies.
